    Excel Planner+ Calendar connected - Formula too long - don't want repeat on same date

    Hi,

    Hopefully someone can help. I have attached a file. The problem is that I want to enter information for a specific date on the general worksheet tab. Then, I want the calendar in the calendar worksheet to auto populate based on the data entered on the first worksheet. However, I don't want a specific date to repeat any of the same information. For example, if I want 10 different entries for July 1st, I want them all to show up on the calendar accordingly.

    I figured out a formula up to 6 entries, however when I followed the pattern to row 7, I get an error telling me that the formula has too many characters in it.

    So I'm hoping that there is a shorter formula or an easier process to figure this out to work around the situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    PS -> I have no experience in VBA/Macros, so if there are any suggestions in that regard, I will need a lot of details of what steps to take. Thanks in advance!

    Without having a detailed look...since you are using 2010 you can start with replacing
    IF(ISERROR() with IFERROR()

    So in D5 instead of

    use

    Thanks for the replies guys! It would be preferable for the time to show up on the calendar in order of earliest to latest. However, I figure I can just sort and filter the times so that they show up in order anyways, so that part of the equation of the calendar may not have to be included. Thanks again to both of you and I will give that update in the equation a try.

    Thanks again for all the replies! The real issue is the offset match date elements of the equation. It takes up so much room... I have no idea how to rephrase the equation to trim it down! Any ideas on how to cut it down a bit would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
