Grouping Daily dates into a weekly date

I need to group all daily dates together to their closest week. My week will start Monday and end Sunday. I have the formula for this already but it doesn't work properly for years other than current year. I have to make a change in the formula for it to work in previous years. I have attached file showing this. Need help in correcting my formula so that it will give me the result highlighted in yellow in the sheet. I don't want to use pivot table.
