    Re: if problem

    It might be bcz you had cut or deleted some information.. Just hold the 1st cell formula and drag it till th end.. You should be fine.

    Let me know if this is not the case.
    Thanks,

    Re: if problem

    In all the cells with a date header (columns Z onwards) it looks like your formula is trying to perform a date calculate, but you're looking in cell Z$2 for the date, when it should be Z$1. Change those and you should be fine.

    Re: if problem

    your formulas are incorrect using " "
    here from COlumn Z to the last
    sample in column Z
    =IF(Z$2-$E2>=22,"1.92",IF(Z$2-$E2>=15,"1.5",IF(Z$2-$E2>=7,"1",0)))

    those should not be in quotations
    then second error
    your reference to itself(cell) so the formula contains circular reference..

    Z2=IF($Z$2-$E2>=22,1.92,IF(Z$2-$E2>=15,1.5,IF(Z$2-$E2>=7,1,0)))
    Z2 =IF($Z$1-$E2>=22,1.92,IF(Z$1-$E2>=15,1.5,IF(Z$1-$E2>=7,1,0)))

    check all columns..from Z to the last one BS
    I think people forget the word "THANK YOU!!!!" Do you still know it???

    Re: if problem

    could you give the conditions on what should be the value...

    Z2=IF($Z$2-$E2>=22,"1.92",IF(Z$2-$E2>=15,1.5,IF(Z$2-$E2>=7,1,0)))
    then initial value would always be 1.92 if you'll get rid of the "" that is always 0
    then all the result would be all 1.92 you could not pass the >=22 even >=2 only

    Hi Manjunath,

    Have you tried what vlady has suggested???

    The cells should have calculated with row1 instead of row2 which in turn is calculating a circular reference.. For Eg. In column AA.. The formula in the entire column should have been AA$1 instead of AA$2??

    Can you check??

    Re: if problem

    The formula in column W is just adding up the results of other columns, there's nothing complicated about it. If it's not showing the correct value then there are only 3 things that can be at fault:

    1. It's not adding together all of the columns it should, or
    2. It's adding in columns it shouldn't be, or
    3. One or more of the columns it's adding contain incorrect values.

    Without you explaining what you're trying to do it's impossible for anybody here to tell you why column W isn't returning the expected result.
