    IF AND Formula

    Hi there,

    I'm sure this will be a basic query for you guys but I can't get it to work!

    I need a formula that will say;

    If L2 = 0 AND K2 is a positive number, subtract K2 from M2. If not simply display M2.

    But also , If L2 = 0 AND K2 is a negative number, add K2 to M2. If not simply display M2.

    There's just too many parameters for me!

    Any help would be really appreciated!
    Thank you!

    Re: IF AND Formula

    Maybe?

    =IF(AND(L2=0,K2>0),M2-K2,IF(AND(L2=0,K2<0),M2+K2,M2)))
    Regards

    Fotis.

    @ sharper1989

    Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED. I'll do that for you now but please keep in mind for your future threads that Rule #9 requires you to do that yourself. If your problem has not been solved you can use Thread Tools (located above your first post) and choose "Mark this thread as unsolved".
    Thanks.
