Change color of cell based on percentage

Hello and thank you for the help in advance.

I am trying to change the color of a cell based on the result of the formula in that cell.
This cell will be a percentage and i would like it to turn yellow if the result is >75% and Red if it is less than 55%.

The current formula in that cell is: =IF(L10*4=0,"",E10/(L10*4))

    any suggestions?
I am a novice, but would appreciate any attached example, i should be able to figure it out from there.

    Thank you,
    Gordon

    Hello Gordon
Select your cell(s) and apply the following conditional formatting (see image), from the Format menu if you're using 2003.

    Hope this helps.

You'll need to set up two "Conditions" in the Conditional Formatting dialog box. Go to:

    Format > Conditional Formatting...

    to set up the conditions.
    Docendo discimus.
