return all,not only the first encountered value usin VLOOKUP/Index

Hello,
In the attached Excel sheet, I have data with 5 columns.
The first column has all the CC's i.e Cost codes namely 700,701,702....... etc. I want to look for all the say 700's and print itelf and its correponding values of the next 4 rows in the worksheet labelled 700.
