    Hi

    One way.

    =SUMPRODUCT((MONTH(Sheet1!$A$2:$A$41)=F9)*(Sheet1!$C$2:$C$41=C10)*(Sheet1!$P$2:$P$41))/24/60

    Re: time & attendance 2

Thanks ... Your formula works great ...i don't know why the access control system software gives me month instead of day format ...i had to modify that column and to modify your formula from month to day! It works like a charm! Thank you very much!

    So the final formula was:
    =SUMPRODUCT((DAY(Sheet1!$A$2:$A$41)=AF$9)*(Sheet1!$C$2:$C$41=$C10)*(Sheet1!$P$2:$P$41))/24/60
with the according modifications to the date format in column A sheet 1!
    thx again!
Maybe ill go to Greece in vacation!
