Adjustment to SUMPRODUCT Formula to pull one year

I have the string below that partially works. the data it's sifting through is for 2 years (2011 & 2012) how do I adjust the formula to pull a specific year?

    Thanks!

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(All!$A$2:$A$799<>""),--(All!$A$2:$A$799=$A27),--(All!$E$2:$E$799<>""),--(MONTH(All!$E$2:$E$799)=COLUMN(I24)))
