Return End of Month Date Based on Another Date Input

Hello,

need to take dates in one column and show the last business day within that month for each value in another column. Please forgive my lack of knowledge with Excel and help. Thank you.

Your formula will give the last day of the month, Dominicb, assuming business days are Monday to Friday then with date in A2 try this formula in B2 to get last business day

=WORKDAY(EOMONTH(A2,0)+1,-1)

If you want to exclude holidays as well as weekends then with list of holiday dates in H2:H10 change to

=WORKDAY(EOMONTH(A2,0)+1,-1,H$2:H$10)
