I am trying to figure out how I can match the SSN's in column H & A and concatenate the results from column D (accident types) into one cell in column J.
I have attached the spreadsheet to show the result I am wanting. Any ideas?

Just curious. Is there a way to do it without adding a UDF and just using a formula?
Not really, unless you do it all in separate column instead... but you will need copy formula to a lot of columns....
Understood. Thank you
