Hello Guys,

I have a report with 10 different columns with titles meeting id, priority, action title, current status, action owner, deadline etc. There are 30 different meetings, 3 types of priority (High, standard, low), various action owners, different status(open, closed, in progress, assigned) and deadlines. The main aim of the report is to generate graphs with 2 or more combinations. Is it better to write a formula or is there any other way?
E.g. A graph which shows meeting id and count of high priority actions. Or a graph which shows the action owner and the count of actions assigned to him. Or the meeting and owner relation graph etc.

Since there are 30 meetings and 3 different priorities, if i write an If formula or a count if , i dont know if it will work since its a lot and you cant do more than 7 or 8 nested if formuals. Can i do it with a Pivot chart? Or Macros? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ranju
