editing a formula in excel 2010

I am trying to edit a formula in my excel spreadsheet. I am able to do this one line at a time bit would like to try and edit the whole sheet. I will post the formula below. What i need to change is that one of the multipliers changes from $1.95 to $2.00.

    =IF(G7="Y",(IF(F7=0,0,(((F7*2)*1.95)+(H7*0.3166666)))),(IF(F7=0,0,((F7*1.95)+(H7*0.3166666)))))

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hi,

Just use the Find & Replace functionality.

Select all the cells, (click the little square at the intersection of the Column A label and Row 1 label), or just the range of cells you need and specify

    "*1.95)"
without the double quotes in the FIND box and
"*2)" in the REPLACE ALL box.

You could just use 1.95 & 2, but I prefer to include as many other characters as reasonably necessary to ensure a unique occurrence of the values you want to change. Sometimes, (not in this example), there might be other occurrencies of the FIND values that you don't want to replace.
