Can anyone help?

I keep a manual input stock table with the following columns:

Date In
Supplier
Product ID
Product Details
Cost
Date Out

From this table I have a pivot table linked in order to summarise out by Product Id. I then can drill in to each Product Id - giving each ID their own spreadsheet. My boss can follow the overall table stock sheet but likes to have each Product ID listed out on their own.

When I add to my stock table and then refresh - my pivot table updates - but each drill down spreadsheet doesnt.

In summary we are manual adding items to our overall table and then they have to be manually added into each Product ID Spreadsheet. Can anyone suggest a way round this?
