Hi!

After getting great help from my first question in this forum, I wanted to ask you for some more. I am new to formula building in Excel, and have a basic knowledge of Excel. I'd like to get data for the most occurrences in specific date ranges. Like, most sold in one month....most sold in one week...most sold in 24 hours....most sold in one year... and have that information reported for each seller on worksheet 2.

Here is an example of what I am trying to do:

Worksheet 1 covers over 400 rows of sales covering just over a year:

A1 = Date B1 = Time C1 = Seller Name

A2 = 4/10/12 B2 = 2:00 pm C2 = John Doe
A3 = 5/11/12 B3 = 11:15 AM C3 = John Doe
A4 = 5/12/12 B4 = 12:20 PM C4 = John Doe
A5 = 6/19/12 B5 = 2:15 pm C5 = Jane Dee
and so own down

On worksheet 2 I'd like to have the info show something like this:

A1 = Seller Name D1 = Most in one day E1 = Most in one week F1 = Most in one month G1 = Most in one year

I have other data on other columns that's also tabulated from worksheet 1.

It feels like it may be complicated...so I am open to your thoughts on the best way to get the info and represent it in my worksheets.

I'm using Excel 2008 and on iMac.

I hope this makes sense!

Thank you so much for reading this...I look forward to your suggestions!
