Two dimensional (2D) SUMIF / SUMPRODUCT across multiple worksheets?

    Hi all,

I have some data that is not consistent across multiple worksheets (fun!), meaning that the rows and columns don't always match up nicely. Is there a way to do a two-dimensional SUMIFS (or SUMPRODUCT) that would match both the row and column headers given, then sum up the total across multiple worksheets?

I know I might be approaching VBA territory here..

I've attached a workbook, the results in COL B are only accurate because "USA" is there throughout all worksheets, but Germany & Japan aren't.

    Thanks!
