Keep only one duplicate in column A but merge all corresponding data of Column B in a list

Ok the title may be confusing but i'm sure plenty of people have this problem.

Background: I'm a beginner, i need to make a powerpivot out of many sheets. Every sheet has a company column which varies, and then a type of info (sheet1=Company in column A and Contacts in column B, sheet 2=Company in c.A and Location in c.B...........). There is about 1500 companies everytime.

My Problem: PowerPivot will not make relationships because there are duplicates in each company list. Thus I would like to go from (2 columns, 5 rows):

    Company / Contact

1/ SONY / Robert Parker, Male, English, 0123546289, [email protected]
2/ SONY / Susanne Blarh, Female, Dutch, 3568149502, [email protected]
    3/ SONY / Marc LaMaitre, ...................................................................
    4/ SONY / Tom Denver, ......................................................................
    5/ SONY / Anna Morn,.........................................................................

to this (1 row 2 columns, all contacts in a list in one cell only):

    Company / Contact

---------Robert Parker, Male, English, 0123546289, [email protected]
----------Susanne Blarh, Female, Dutch, 3568149502, [email protected]
    1/ SONY / Marc LaMaitre, ...................................................................
    ----------Tom Denver, ......................................................................
    -----------Anna Morn,.........................................................................

The contacts info are usually very long so have them all seperated with comas would be confusing.

I've read a lot of forum questions somewhat similar but could not find the solution. Please indicate me the discussion if this question has already been solved. Thanks !!!
