    Formula to filter data

    Hi,

I have a set of data in a column [Col A] and corresponding description in column B.
I a formula in column C and D to get all the non zero values from Col A and corresponding description form Column B.

Any help is appreciated. I am looking to solve this without an array formula.

    Regards,
    Sreejith

    Re: Formula to filter data

youll need a helper column then. in say col e put =if(a1<>0,row(),"") drag down
then use that with index(a:a,match(small(e:e,row(a1)),e:e,0) to get back your values in col a change to b:b for col b
