Copy and Paste Formulas

I want to copy and paste a sheet1 from File A to sheet1 from File B , sheet1 from File A contain formulas, How can I copy and paste without link, I just need the formulas, thank you

isn't that copy --paste special - formula ???

for example: if File A Sheet1 B2 ='3d'!C5
and copy File A Sheet1 B2 and paste File B Sheet1 B2
File B Sheet1 B2 will become ='[A.xls]3d'!C5

I just want the formula , i don't want link from File A. thx
