Need to enter one name and get all the corresponding values in adjacent cells

Hi,

I am a new user to Excel, with very little knowledge in Formulas and Functions.

I have a list of regions and specific destination ids for them. For example, I have Germany as a country, and there are three destination Ids in it.

What I want to do is, to enter the name "Germany" in a cell, and get all the corresponding destination ids under Germany in the adjacent cells.

I tried using a vlookup, but did not get the desired result.

I have attached a sample sheet to explain better.

Please suggest a possible solution.

confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER not just ENTER and copied down
