Compare two sets of cell conditional format the second

Okay the issue I have there are two sets of cell that I want to compare to find the different ones and simply highlight the rows that are different.
In the sample attached I want to compare rows H:M to O:T if the second set is different then the first set I would like to highlight the row O:T.

I hope this makes sense.

Select from O9 to T and bottom row and invoke Conditional Formatting from Home tab.

Then select New Rule, and then use a formula to determine which cells to format and apply formula:

=$H9&"_"&$I9&"_"&$J9&"_"&$K9&"_"&$L9&"_"&$M9<>$O9&"_"&$P9&"_"&$Q9&"_"&$R9&"_"&$S9&"_"&$T9

click Format to choose coloour
