    Excel RAW Filtering

I have attached a copy of my workbook. Each raw contains a lot of details. How can i have just the ID No, Gender and DOB in a new sheet.

    Re: Excel RAW Filtering

First of all, you need to align those dates of birth and genders into the same column. I did this manually by shifting cell across (inserting or deleting cells). Then you can just do a simple Copy/Paste to Sheet3.

    Hope this helps.

Copy all the formulae down for as many rows as you have in the raw data sheet.
