=LOOKUP(A2,$E$2:$E$13,$G$2:$G$13)

Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED. Greta answer! I used it to assign the date for the beginning of the next pay period instead of a month.
