substitute/replace until

Hi everyone.

This is how my Column A looks like:

A1: abc
A2: 0
A3: 0
A4: 0
A5: xyz
A6: 0
A7: 0
A8: dfg
A9: 0

I would like to have a formula, preferably in column B, that replaces 0s so that the final result is as follows:

A1: abc
A2: abc
A3: abc
A4: abc
A5: xyz
A6: xyz
A7: xyz
A8: dfg
A9: dfg

Any help much appreciated.

Maybe you can put the formula in your topic.

I work with an dutch version, and should translate it.

Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED.
