Copy data from a range of cells into a blank range based on common cell

Hello forum,

I have been given a task that I thought I could handle using a lookup function, but alas, I fail!

In the attached workbook, I have been given a table that was created by combining two different tables. The highlighted information needs to be pasted into the corresponding cells based on household id.

How can I get the address information for a household to copy into the blank address cells for the same household id?

ANY help is greatly appreciated.
