Return next value in a column greater than zero

Hello,

My first post here and I need some help. Here is the situation

I have 2 columns - "A" and "B" and I have data in "A" , "B" is empty. What I want to do is a function which will do the following: Look at column "A" and if the cell contains "0" than return in "B" the next number in the "A" column which is higher than "0". If the cell contains a number higher than "0" - return the number in "B".

I know it might look pretty simple for advanced users but sometimes it takes me up to 4 hours to do this manually, when the data contains more than 3500 rows.

There are no values in column K in your example, but you mention this in your post...
