Complicated:Calculate time period based on no. of units sold + fluctuations within period

Please see attached and above. Can anyone help me with a formula that will:

Calculate for each cell in column B, if there has been an increase of 30 units since any of the previous days. If so, display all the days from which an increase of 30 has been gained, as well as any decrease in the number of units before the gain.

Example in cell C9 - On day 9 there has been an increase of 30 since day 1 and 2 (and 3). 1 is displayed, and (-8) is displayed beside it because there was a maximum drop of 8 units from day 1 up until the gain was achieved.

I think that's a bit of a messy explanation, but not sure how to put it more clearly. Thank you.
