I am new to the forum and would like to see if anyone can help with an excel problem!!!
I have on cell that I would like to auto populate with the word "INSPECT" based on the outcome of two different formulas:
Cell Value(K12)-5000>Cell Value(F12) or Cell Value(L12)-15>Cell Value(M1)
I would like "Inspect" to populate when either are true and if neither are true display no text in the cell.
I hope someone can lend a hand!

=IF(OR((K12-5000)>F12,(L12-15)>M12),"INSPECT","")
