I have data in 6 rows and 3 columns. I want to select 3 cells - 1 in each column, and not using any row more than once. In doing so, I want to select the cells that yield the largest sum possible. Any thoughts???

attached is what i've tried. I'm trying to maximize the result in E10, by changing B9:D9, such that B9:D9 contains only integers and no duplicates.
ty. i've tried using Solver to set the relevant cell to Max, but it never changes anything.

actully after rereading your post im not so sure. maye someone else will have an idea
why are some in brackets?
those are negative numbers. Format \ Number --> Accounting
Perhaps a solver setup like this could be used?
