IF Statement that compares multiple cells and gives me the lowest number

I have a document that I'd like to compare the costs of products at multiple stores. Whichever store has the cheapest cost I'd like for that store name to be populated in column D. I know how to do an IF statement comparing two options but how do I do it with more than 2? I have attached the spreadsheet and if you look at row 9 that has all of the prices for each vendor.
