Reducing Row to multiple rows

I have data in following format.

Ex:

Col1 Col2 Col3 Col4
Rahul Mumbai SFO Columbus
Ajay Hyd SFO Sanjose

Do u know if there is a way, i could reduce it to below.

Rahul Mumai
Rahul SFO
Rahul Columbus
Ajay Hyd
Ajay SFO
Ajay Sanjose
