    Cells Defined As time

What formula would I use if I wanted to make a schedule where every row represented 15 min and anything that i merge in the rows would automatically calculate the length of time of that said task?

Or am i thinking about this in a wrong way and should have it that i paste items onto the calendar and it calculates that?

    I'd use Outlook.
