There is a total of 30days between the date in column F to N...each date between those are the due dates

So if for say...the due date in J61 is pass due by 3 days from the date in that cell...then I want it to turn red

Okay, so in G33, for example, it's 8/6/12. That is the date that you are due to send it to the PM. Correct? So on 8/9/12, if you did not send it, it should turn red, correct again?
How does Excel know if you sent it or not?

No the date in J33 is the the due date pay no attention to g column. so if I didn't send it to the pm by H33 ex..8/6/2012 i want it to turn red if i go pass this date of 8/6/2012 by 2 days.
