    Re: Goal seek w/ multiple variables

    -mads,

    Welcome to the forum!
    Here's some advice, taken straight from the Forum Rules in the section labelled "Want to get your question answered quickly?":
    Post a WORKBOOK. Nobody wants to type data from a picture or paste text from your post into a spreadsheet as a prelude to helping. To attach a file, push the button with the paperclip (or scroll down to the Manage Attachments button), browse to the required file, and then push the Upload button.
    Hope that helps,
    ~tigeravatar

    Thanks for the advice, added the workbook to the opening post.

    If, in step one in my description, using the average of three cells makes the problem too difficult to solve, only using the value in the middle (the blue table) could work out too.

    -mads,

    The actual workbook has a second set of tables that the picture you provided doesn't show. Which set of tables are we supposed to use? The left-hand three, or the right-hand three (that all end with "inkl. skatt")?

    Re: Goal seek w/ multiple variables

    In a cell, say A1, enter =P9+P19+P29

    Data > Solver, Set Cell A1 to Max by changing D5:D7, subject to the constraints

    D5:D7 >=0
    D9 = 200000
