    Search in Table vlookup / Hlookup or INDEX - MATCH command

    Hi There

    I have a table which is attached I need to enter Aircraft registration , total crew number, and cockpit crew and then get

    MAX Take of weight
    Max Landing Weight
    Max ZFW
    DOW
    DOI

    I appreciate if some one tell What is the best formula that I can have? table attached

    I need to enter an aircraft registration like
    9M-XXE
    total crew 11
    cockpit crew 2

    then I get :
    Max Take off weight: 233,000
    Max Landing weight:187,000
    MAX ZFW weight: 175,000
    DOW for 11 crew : 123,134
    DOI, for 2 cockpit crew:99

    of if i enter another aircraft registration, total crew and cockpit crew get resepective result like list above

    in other words I need to have this formulas in different cell in different sheets to find these values from the table
    and I can add up or deduct values from these figures... thank you again

    Also added an data validation (see the green cell).

    Also used a defined name to fill the data validation.

    yes this is what i am exactly looking for, but whilst I am using the same formula in other sheets or change the cell
    it return #N/A
