Total % to show in Conditional format ....

    Hi,

Im A little confused as to how i will do this ....

Basically i have a list of clients, and a list of hours worked (totals) for the week.

What i need to do is a comparison of 2 weeks ie: total hours for 02/09 and total hours for 09/09. Once i have the two columns filled with the total hours i need a difference between the two and i would like the difference column (or a new column) to state and fill Green if the diffreence has gone up by 10% and state and fill Red if it has gone down by 10%, and possibly flag Amber when down by 7.5%.

I no i can use conditional formats but i am a little confused how i will go about arranging to get the percentages?

I have attached a spreadsheet for REF

    Thanks again
