Looking up a value and returning the number in the column next to it

I'm creating a table for optimizing generator fuel runtimes where I work. Currently all I can get it to do is return the generator runtimes in order from the smallest to the greatest using the SMALL function. Instead, I would like to have the generator number in the column next to the runtime returned, but I'm at a loss as to how to do this

I've included a copy of the worksheet with what I've accomplished so far (including my duplicate work), any help would be greatly appreciated.
