Need a formula that counts data in one cell based on information in another cell

The result I am trying to achieve will be separated in two cells. I would like to count the number of Community Service cases that are overdue and the number of Monetary Restitution cases that are overdue. On my worksheet, the community service cases and the monetary restitution cases are combined. Column E is the due date, Column F is the restitution amount ordered, Column G indicates if case is "current" or "Past Due", and Column H is number of community service hours ordered. Since list is combined, clients with monetary restitution but no community service would have the MR amount in Column F and Column H would be blank.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your help!!

I figured it out, it did need a SUMPRODUCT formula, this is what I used:

=SUMPRODUCT(--($H$7:$H12>0),--($G$7:$G12="Past Due"))
