Add a range of values when an adjacent cell meets criteria

Hi

I enclose an example of what I'm trying to calculate.

The formula needs to add together all of the quantities for a selected product code.

The product code is repeated randomly in a fixed range.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Hi

In D1, put code number.

Then use:

=SUMIF(A2:A16,D1,B2:B16)

Another option in C1 and drag down. Should give you the sums for each product.
