Question Select cells if adjacent cell meets condition

Hi All,

What I want to do is very simple, yet I don't have a clue over it. I've a table like,
Select Task1 Select
Not Task2 Task1
Select Task3 Task3

The first 2 columns will be populated from somewhere. And when I enter the value "Select" on the 1st row of 3rd column, I want the remaining rows in 3rd column to be populated based on the value entered ("Select" in this occasion)

I searched a lot and can find only formulas to sum the values. I want to list the values and not sum.

Thanks in advance,
Nivi

Re: Select cells if adjacent cell meets condition

what would you expect to see if A2 was "select" as well, or would this not happen?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

CSE, aka Array aka { }, formulae are confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
Replace commas ( , ) with semicolons ( ; ) in formulae, if your locale setting demands.
All good ideas are courtesy resources from this forum as well as others around the web.
