In my continuing quest to create a more managable stock monitoring system...

Because of the nature of the reports I'm dealing with I am working towards a single document that dips into various other documents.

I've attached the spreadsheet I'm working form.

On sheet 'MAT1' I have a material description in B1.

On sheet 'Order Book Edit' I have a pivot table that combines different material with a 12/ order number and qty.

Back on sheet 'MAT1' what I would like to do is creat a formula that looks at the description in B1, matches that description from the pivot table in 'Order Book Edit' and returns the 12/ number and quantity in cell A5 and B5 in 'MAT1'.

I presume a =IF(ISTEXT or GETPIVOTDATA forumla would do the trick...

Anyone any ideas?
