Combing other cells into formulas

Hello,

I have a the following formula -

=IF(A97='MAT1'!$E$3,COUNT(K$1:K96)+1,"")

This formula is matching the description of a material in cell E5 in sheet MAT1. I would like it to also match the descriprion in cell E5 but am unsure of how to incorporate the E5 bit into the formula.

Can anyone help?
