    Conditional Formatting Question

    Hello,

I'm trying to use Conditional Formatting to color code data by the following criteria: numbers 0-79 in one color, 80-85 in another color, 86-93 in another color, and 94-100 in another color. Is that possible? I tried creating a 3 Color Scale rule but am unable to get the rule to work. Any suggestions?

    Thank you!

    Re: Conditional Formatting Question

If you highlight the cells you can create multiple rules.
So while highlighted to go conditional formatting and select "Format only cells that contain"

From there you can select between and enter the numbers you want, then click format to select the color you want the cell to be.

After that repeat the same steps and enter the new values and the other colors.
