Formula for Judging criteria

Hi guys,

Can you please help me make an excel formula for a judging contest:

The criteria are:

Ticket Sales 50%
Judges Score 40%
Facebook Likes 10%

We have 10 teams competing =)

I reposed the actual sample file =)

Thank you for your help!

ok, so this is based on what?

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook. The workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook. also, please show your expected results, and how you arrived at them
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Re: Formula for Judging criteria

if the suggestion below does not work, please upload the sample WORKBOOK, not a picture. most are disinclined to re-type your data

in D3 C3*.5
in F3 E3*.4
in H3 G3*.1

then add an extra column in I to sum(D3,F3,H3), and at the bottom use =max(I3:I27). to fine the person/team with the highest points, use index/match
