    Need help of Index_Match and Vlookup_Match

    Hieeee.....Can any help me out to solve this problem using Index-Match and Vlook up-Match.

    Problem Desc:

    I want to move marks of each subject from Table_1 to Table_2 for each semester.

    Just wanna know..which one execute fast and easy to use..!!

    Reason why I have large no. of database so excel take too much time to execute the same.

    hope that helps

    just to let you know index/match is probably the best.

    indirect is a no no as its a volatile function it can really slow things down.
