Smile To identify and isolate the first and last transaction for a stop

    Hi Guys,

I have attached here "First and Last Transaction.xlxs"

Here I have bus transactions data, each row is individual's record of when he boarded and where, and where he alighted and when:

I would like to know using functions, the best way to identify and isolate only the first and last transaction of any given stop, so far only I've only been able to do it stop by stop using the IF function for one stop ie "Boon Street - 14 [BT002035]" sorting it. (Sheet 4)

As you can see from the spreadsheet we have around 10ish stops. In other spreadsheets I would need to analyse 100s of stops.

The first and last transactions only (boarding or alighting). Would you please only use Excel inbuilt formulas and functions, not using VBA or macros as at my office it is turned off.

    Thank you for your help.
