Lookup first zero above lowest value

    Hi

I have a range of data:
    Column A shows dates
    Column B shows values
Column C shows the low to peak %

I want to be able to lookup the row that has the first zero ABOVE the lowest point in column C.

I have attached a copy of a sample spreadsheet

Really appreciate any help, this is very frustrating.!

    Thanks
    Nick

    Possibly:

    =LOOKUP(2,1/((D1:INDEX(D:D,MATCH(I6,D:D,0))=0)),A:A)
Where there is a will there are many ways.
