Grade Point Average

Hello Mates,

Needing to calculate random GPA's. 0.00-4.00. My formula I have written is =RANDBETWEEN(0.00-4.00) however, it is only returning whole integers. I need random averages to be D.DD i.e. 3.25, 2.50, etc..... Where am I going wrong? I try to format the cells of the whole numbers to fractions - but no luck. Any help is appreciated.
