evaluate range of dates for total same month occurences

Hi- new member here...I could use some help on the following issue:

I have a column of dates in 00/00/0000 format, representing the expiration dates for all leases in an apartment complex (shown on 'Expiration Date' tab on the attached file). The 'years' in this column range from 2010-2013. On a separate worksheet (shown on the 'Leases Expiring by Month' tab), I'd like to return the total number of leases that expire in each month of this range of years. For example, there are a total of two leases expiring in November of 2012. I have hand entered '2' on the worksheet to indicate the intent for the formula outcome. How can I accomplish this?
