Help with Conditional Formatting: duplicate entries on different sheets

Hello. I am trying to create a conditional formatting rule that will highlight any cell in column B of sheet 2 which contains data that matches any cell in column A of sheet 1. I have included a file as an example. Duplicates.xlsxAny advice in accomplishing this would be much appreciated.
