Returning data that match 3 criterias in3 columns

Hi, I have to check unit price in invoice against a price list in another worksheet.
The price list worksheet has the following info
    Column a. Model name
    Column b Material type
    Column c. Size
    Column d. Unit price
I want to have a formular in the empty column next to unit price
In the invoice worksheet that would return the price from the
Price list sheet to check if the invoice made by my staff is correct.
    Please help.

ok i have doe it for you but you have to remember that the numbers have to be put in precisely the same (as in 3S is not the same as 3-S in the eyes of excel)

(also im not sure your version so i have done a 2003 verson of the formula however if you are in 2007+ then this will work)

Please Login or Register to view this content.
entered and then confirmed with CRTL+SHIFT+ENTER (array formula)

    here you go

i have to do the checking with many invoices so i copy the formula to another worksheet, then i have to change the worksheet name in formula every time.
is there a way to read the name of the worksheet and edit it in the formula automaticly.
